CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Knifemaking class: Learn basic blacksmithing by forging a knife to take home. Material is provided and no prior experience is necessary. Classes are 10-4 and the cost is $125. Prior payment is requested.
Valentine’s Day Couples/ Singles Knifemaking class: Similar to the regular Knifemaking class, but cheaper and there will be chocolate. The cost for a couple is $195. For single persons, it is $110, but anyone leaving with the number of a possible love interest gets another $20 off. Cupid carries a hammer this year. Prior payment requested, please.
Forge a Spoon class: Forge your own spoon and learn some blacksmithing basics. Material is provided and no prior experience is necessary. Classes are 2 hours and the cost is $35. Prior payment is requested.
Forge a Fork class: Same as for the spoon class, only tines will tell the difference. You get $10 off if you’ve taken the spoon forging class, but you must bring the spoon (joking).
Forge a Potato Masher class: I got tired of flimsy mashers, hence this class. You will forge your own monster masher and also learn some blacksmithing basics. You will learn to fit it with a nice sturdy wooden handle. Material is provided and no prior experience is necessary. Classes are 3 hours and the cost is $55, but if you bring the spoon and fork that you’ve forged in the previous classes, you get $15 off. Prior payment is requested.
